Apache Leap Festival & Carnival

Celebrate the rich heritage of Arizona’s Copper Corridor at the 37th Annual Apache Leap Mining Festival and Carnival, taking place March 27–29, 2026, in Superior. Hosted by the Superior Chamber of Commerce, this free, family-friendly event transforms Main Street into a lively hub of history and entertainment, featuring professional mining competitions, a community parade, live music, and a full-scale carnival (fees apply for rides and vendor purchases). Highlights include traditional mining contests like jackleg drilling and mucking, the popular Main Street Parade, Chihuahua races, and evening performances, including Power Drive on Saturday night. With food, a beer garden, and activities for all ages, this three-day festival offers a unique and entertaining way to experience Superior’s mining legacy.
