Building Homes, Community and Hope: Habitat for Humanity of Central Arizona

Five million pounds of “perfectly usable stuff” was kept out of landfills thanks to Habitat For Humanity Central Arizona’s ReStore program.  President & CEO Jason Barlow sits down with Carey Pena to talk about their most successful programs and how Habitat’s focus remains a hand-up, not a handout. Beyond building new homes, Habitat for Humanity impacts communities in a variety of ways, from recycling to providing veteran assistance to an aging-in-place program.
