Mayo Led Growth

Take the Mayo Hospital out of the equation, and 2011 turned out to be a year of little growth in northeast Phoenix, which at one time was the new frontier for expansion in the city.

The hospital continued to add pieces, including completion of a conference center and the start of a new cancer-treatment facility. But apart from the hospital, not much new has happened.
