Founded in 1961, the Barrow Neurological Institute has grown into one of the foremost neurological institutes in the world. Supporting the life-saving work of the Barrow Neurological Institute for the past sixty years, the 82 members of the Women’s Board of Barrow Neurological Foundation have raised more than $124 million thanks to generous donors. In addition to funding neurologic research, the Women’s Board is committed to community education.
Fulfilling this commitment, this Fall the Women’s Board will host their annual, much-anticipated Education Enrichment Evening, which will feature a panel discussion moderated by world-renowned neurosurgeon Robert F. Spetzler, MD., featuring Barrow Neurosurgeons, Michael T. Lawton, MD, Zaman Mirzadeh, MD, PhD, and Nader Sanai, MD.
