Valentine’s Day Prix-Fixe Dinner at La Luz

Celebrate the holiday with a thoughtful three-course meal curated by Executive Chef Devin Pinto. Diners at La Luz can select their very favorite dishes from the below:
Choice of Starter
– Berries & Beets | ancient grains, arugula, ricotta salat, berries, spiced pistachio aged sherry
– Day Boat Scallops | corn, heirloom tomatoes, haricot vert, pea tendril, chili crunch
– Intermezzo | Blood orange sherbert
Choice of Entrée
– All-Natural Arizona Beef Tenderloin | whipped garlic mash, romanesco, carrot turnip sautée, pearl onion, demi glaze
– Alaskan Halibut | risotto, citrus fennel riesling salad, hericot vert, heirloom carrot
– Vegetable Roulade | grilled red pepper coulis, forest mushroom, goat cheese
– Colorado Rack of Lamb | parsnip sweet potato puree, heirloom carrot, asparagus, confit tomato, lamb jus
– Lobster Tail add-on for $20
