RUNNIN’ FOR THE BRATS RETURNS TO TEMPE TOWN LAKE AS PART OF THE 52ND ANNUAL FOUR PEAKS OKTOBERFEST

TEMPE, Ariz. – Lace up your running shoes and don your lederhosen, Runnin’ for the Brats is back on Saturday, October 11, 2025, as part of the 52nd Annual Four Peaks Brewing Oktoberfest at Tempe Town Lake. The spirited fun run, hosted by the Frank Kush Foundation, offers a 10K, 5K, and 1-mile option, with all participants receiving free Saturday admission to the festival.

Known for its festive costumes, lively energy, and scenic route around Tempe Town Lake, Runnin’ for the Brats invites runners, walkers, and Oktoberfest enthusiasts of all ages to join in. Oktoberfest attire is encouraged, and the event is open to all skill levels, from competitive athletes to those simply looking for a fun jog before indulging in Bavarian fare.

The run is part of a full weekend of Oktoberfest celebrations from Friday, October 10 through Sunday, October 12, featuring two stages of live music headlined by Annie Bosko, Fastball, and Emily Wolfe, along with German food and beer, carnival rides, wiener dog races, brat-eating contests, stein-holding competitions, and more.

Proceeds from Oktoberfest benefit Tempe Sister Cities, a nonprofit organization that fosters international goodwill and cultural exchange.
