Cancer Support Community Arizona is thrilled to announce the return of its annual Paws 4 Hope charity event on May 3 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bushmaster Park in Flagstaff. The fun-filled, free community festival, presented by Purina and Warner’s Nursery, will bring together pet lovers, their furry companions and the community for a day of fitness, fun and fundraising, all supporting Cancer Support Community Northern Arizona.

Cancer Support Community Arizona uplifts and strengthens people impacted by cancer by providing support, fostering compassionate communities, and breaking down barriers to care. The organization provides emotional and social support for anyone impacted by cancer by offering more than 100 programs per month that include support groups, cancer resource navigation, social activities, mind/body therapies, nutritional counseling and educational seminars. All programs are offered free of charge and designed to support cancer patients, their families and caregivers throughout their cancer journey.

Attendees can expect a day of pet-friendly fun while supporting a great cause. Highlights of the event include:

• Pawsitive Training Zone: Get expert dog behavior advice and training tips with on-site mini sessions from professional trainers.
• Hydration Station, sponsored by Purina: Stay hydrated at the water stations for both pets and humans.
• Coffee truck and Hot Dog Cart: Satisfy your cravings with coffee from Single Speed Coffee Roasters and a hot dog.
• Beer Garden. Enjoy craft beers for purchase from local breweries such as Beaver Street Brewery, Dark Sky Brewing Co., Lumberyard Brewery, and Mother Road Brewing Company.
