Park West, the West Valley’s premier outdoor shopping destination and lifestyle center located at 9744 W. Northern Ave., has announced its 2026 Follow the Fork event. This progressive dining experience takes place throughout the center on Saturday, March 14, beginning with a VIP experience from 5 to 6 p.m. and then opening to general admission ticketholders at 6 p.m.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Empowering Latina Leaders in Arizona (E.L.L.A.). This nonprofit organization is dedicated to advancing Latina leadership, education and community empowerment throughout the state.

Follow the Fork is one of Park West’s most exciting and well-attended events of the year, with plans underway for an even bigger and better experience in 2026. The event welcomes the community to come together in support of E.L.L.A. and the impactful work the organization does throughout the state.

Follow the Fork offers guests a unique evening of food, music, and community in the heart of Peoria — that benefits an important local cause. Throughout the evening, guests can stroll from stop to stop while sampling curated bites from participating restaurants. As diners make their way through the Follow the Fork journey, they are encouraged to immerse themselves in the vibrant outdoor setting filled with live entertainment, interactive art installations and welcoming social spaces. Outdoor bars will be available along the route, so guests can sip and savor as they dine and discover.

General admission tickets start at $50 and include entry into the event, tastings and free giveaways from select Park West retailers, as well as entertainment throughout the center. VIP tickets start at $75 each. The VIP ticket package includes an exclusive happy hour experience from 5 to 6 p.m. at The Vig, including heavy appetizers and two drink tickets, as well as a swag bag, and entertainment.
