Well, Dry January is over and it’s wine time again! Luckily, it’s always a good time for wine at the LDV Winery Tasting Room in Scottsdale, especially this February. Throughout the month, the LDV Winery Tasting Room is hosting the following events for wine-lovers:

LDV BBQ
Sunday, Feb. 1 | Noon to 3 p.m.

Kick off February with a mouthwatering BBQ, in honor of Scottsdale’s Western roots! As the city of Scottsdale closes out its Western Week, LDV Winery hosts an afternoon of great wine, BBQ, music and fun. This event is complimentary for LDV wine club members and $35++ per person for non-members, which includes a glass of wine and BBQ. So don that Western wear and get ready for a boot-scootin’ good time!

Charcuterie-Making Classes
Thursdays, Feb. 12 and Feb. 26 | 6 p.m.
Guests can enjoy a fun and engaging course that teaches them how to make their own personal charcuterie board to enjoy onsite or to take home. The experience includes all materials, instruction and a glass of wine for $89.64, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Call 480-664-4822 to make a reservation.

February Winemaker Talk
Saturday, Feb. 21 | 10:30 a.m. to noon
The topic for this month’s winemaker talk is wine aromas. Learn how to discern various wine aromas and what each scent means. This event is complimentary for wine club members (though gratuity is appreciated) and $20 plus tax and gratuity for non-members, which includes wine and nibbles.

Wine and Cheese Pairing Class
Wednesdays, Feb. 11 and Feb. 25 | 6 p.m.
LDV Winery General Manager Peggy Fiandaca leads guests through an intimate wine-and-cheese pairing experience, which includes a discussion of how to choose the perfect pairings. Guests will enjoy four wines, each paired with two gourmet cheeses and charcuterie. This course is 59.87, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Additional wine-and-cheese pairing events can be scheduled for small groups. Call to inquire about booking.
