This full-body workout blends resistance bands, bodyweight strength training, core engagement, and energizing cardio for a session that challenges and invigorates. Just as intensity peaks, the experience transitions into a restorative stretch and guided meditation, leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and fully recharged.
