Royal Palms Resort and Spa is turning up the holiday cheer early with Santa on Vacay — a limited-time Christmas in July pop-up at Mix Up Bar, running July 23–27!
Decked out in over-the-top holiday décor, Mix Up Bar will transform into a merry mid-summer escape, serving up themed bites like Tinsel Tidbits, Mini Brie Tartlets, and Pozole alongside spirited sips including the Gingerbread Old Fashioned, Apple Cider Margarita, Maple Bourbon Smash, and a seasonally spiced Espresso Martini. Guests can also expect surprise drop-ins from Jolly St. Nick himself — currently vacationing in sunny Phoenix — plus daily festivities like DIY ornament-making, Santa hat and stocking decorating, and spirited vendor activations from Diplomatico Rum, Tito’s Vodka, Casamigos Tequila, and Bulleit Bourbon.
