On June 27, 2026, Young & Empowered Women is hosting a one-of-a-kind event to bring together emerging leaders from across the Valley for a day of professional and personal development and networking. The 6th Annual Empow[her] Conference is focused on closing the wage gap and offering personal/professional development for rising female leaders.

The event features speakers who boast a wide array of professional experience across the fields of higher education, finance, health, politics, law, and more. Attendees have access to 1:1 mentorship with diverse women representing a range of industries. They are founders, CEOs, innovators, and board members.
