Notable Moments: The seven outstanding youth finalists were each selected by their Club for their community service, academics and leadership. After each of them shared their inspirational stories throughout the evening, a very special announcement was made: Jaylin Wilson, an eight-year member, was chosen as the 2023 Youth of the Year competition winner, and now she will go on to compete at the state level next month.
