American Veterans Magazine and the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce Military & Veteran Celebration

May 9 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
$10
  • « Mother’s Day Fine Art & Wine Festival in Downtown Prescott
  • Park West Lifestyle Center Presents Free Indoor Mother’s Day Event MAY 10 »

Celebrate and honor our veterans at the Military & Veteran Celebration presented by USAA and Cox at the Martin Auto Museum, an afternoon featuring a military vehicle showcase, food trucks, games, raffles, and so much more, all honoring the service and sacrifice of military veterans and their families while also connecting them with businesses, nonprofits and community resources. Arizona’s leading talk radio host, Mike Broomhead, will be emceeing the event!

The event honors current and former military service members and their families, bringing together the veteran business community and veteran nonprofits to help build and strengthen the military and veteran community in Phoenix and all across Arizona, concentrated within a fun-filled day of entertainment for the whole family.

About American Veterans Magazine:
Founded in 2014, American Veterans Magazine is a publication focused on supporting Arizona’s veteran community, military, and first responders. The magazine provides resources for veterans, highlights veteran-owned businesses, and shares stories of service within Arizona.

About Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce:
The Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating and supporting Arizona veterans. SWVCC serves as a job creator for returning veterans, helping establish Arizona as the most veteran-supportive state in the nation. The nonprofit provides veterans with resources for networking opportunities to build partnerships and grow their businesses, along with procurement and training opportunities, as well as providing unemployed veterans with a large network of veteran-owned businesses looking to hire.

About The Martin Automotive Museum:
After founder Mel Martin saw a need to share a collection of vehicles that represent significant periods in automotive history, he decided to open an automotive museum in 2005. The museum features more than 170 vehicles, including classic cars, hot rods, customs, imports, and also has one of the largest collections of auto memorabilia, antique gas pumps, and signage.
