Happening on December 6 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., Boyce Thompson Arboretum is hosting a forest bathing class, which is the practice of spending time in nature for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. With costs ranging from $32 for members and $40 for non-members, participants will be led on a 2-1/2 hour walk through the century-old trees of the Arboretum with a series of guided “invitations”, closing with a tea ceremony.
