Arizona’s number of foster children has decreased from above 18,000 a few years ago to less than 10,000. This is progress for the state and for The Department of Child Safety. The Co-Founder of Agape Adoption Agency of Arizona talks with Carey Peña about what is working, and what his agency is doing to collaborate with birth parents, adoptive and foster families, government agencies, and community service providers to give the gift of love and healing.
