St. Joseph’s Program Easing Move From Hospital to Home

In the fog of post-surgery recovery, Diana Arbuckle has at least 20 bottles of pills to manage.

The 73-year-old Phoenix resident suffers from diabetes, heart failure and other chronic conditions and juggles her own care along with that of her husband.

But a new program is helping Arbuckle cope, offering home visits from a nurse with St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
