Put on your ruby slippers and let PANDA take you “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” as we follow the yellow brick road into our third decade of collaboration with the Steele Children’s Research Center. The beloved luncheon will feature PANDA’s marquee Children’s Fashion Show with looks provided by The Garage Boutique & Concept Store.
