Bad Mexicans: Race, Empire and Revolution in the Borderlands

June 2, 2022 @ 5:45 pm - 7:00 pm

Join Kelly Lytle Hernández, Petra Falcon, and Katherine Bynum in a conversation moderated by Julian Lim, hosted by Promise AZ/PAZ.  As noted in the description of Kelly Lytle Hernández’s new book, Bad Mexicans, “The magonistas’ cross-border insurgency, launched from U.S. soil, was a landmark revolt against the U.S. empire and the suffocating power Anglo-Americans held over Mexican lives, which ignited the 1910 Mexican Revolution.”
