Mark your calendar to attend one of the Valley’s biggest events, the 35th Annual Cave Creek Fiesta Days Rodeo, set for Fri., Sat., and Sun., March 22, 23 & 24 in Cave Creek!
“We are extremely excited to be bringing back Cervi Championship Rodeo Company, their NFR quality livestock and award winning contract personnel, in order to ensure the commitment of making the Cave Creek Fiesta Days Rodeo bigger and better each year,” said Traci Casale, president of Cave Creek Pro Rodeo. “And, because we’re celebrating our 35th Anniversary, this rodeo will certainly be one for the record books.”
Presented by the Cave Creek Pro Rodeo committee, the special event kicks off Wed., March 20 with the 3rd Annual Fiesta Days™ Dan Lebsock Memorial Golf Tournament and Fundraiser, followed by dinner and awards at Harold’s Corral. The festivities continue throughout the weekend at Cave Creek Memorial Arena, 24th Street and Carefree Highway, with three full thrilling PRCA rodeo performances featuring top-ranking Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) and Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) contestants.
Friday night’s performance is “Tough Enough to Wear Pink” in support of the fight against cancer.
The Fiesta Days parade kicks off at 9 a.m. on Sat., March 23 in the Town of Cave Creek. Mutton Bustin’ for the little buckaroos will be on Saturday afternoon, followed by the Saturday night rodeo performance.
Sunday’s performance is Wrangler National Patriot Day in support of America’s wounded and fallen soldiers and their families.  Rodeo dances with live music will be held both Friday and Saturday nights after the rodeo at Harold’s Corral in Cave Creek.
Rodeo parking is free, but event organizers ask attendees to bring non-perishable food donations in support of the Foothills Food Bank.
