Valley Chefs Join Toques-Off to Julia

Julia Child would have turned 100 years old on Aug. 15. In tribute to her culinary legacy, top Valley chefs are joining in an national celebration and participating in Julia Child Restaurant Week, Aug. 7 – 15.

Vincent on Camelback, Christopher’s, Petite Maison and Quiessence are four of 100 restaurants across America featuring menus inspired by the beloved “Juke,” as Child was known to friends.
