Richardson’s Reopens

Two-and-a-half years after a devastating fire shut it down, Richardson’s is back in business in a new location next to its sister restaurant, the Rokerij. It now stands on the site of a former Dairy Queen, at the southeastern corner of 16th Street and Maryland, just south of its old digs.

 

The popular restaurant, which debuted in 1988, features new Mexican-style Mexican fare, which spotlights the state’s famed green chiles.
