crudosAs a prelude to Crudo’s April visit to the James Beard House in New York City, Chef Cullen Campbell is flexing his kitchen creativity Wednesday, March 20 at 6:30 p.m. with a multi-course, wine-paired dinner that will feature pro skateboarder turned legitimate winemaker, Ryan Zepaltas with Zepaltas Winery.

Known for his pinot noir grapes that grow in his vineyards of Sonoma County, Zepaltas also produces knockout chardonnays, syrahs, and rose’ of pinot noir.

The acclaim is just ramping up for this relatively young boutique winery, as they just secured a 2012 Top 100 Wines by the San Francisco Chronicle for the second year in a row.
