Payton Curry to helm new restaurant at Desert Botanical Garden

One of the Valley’s premier attractions is about to get even more attractive. The Desert Botanical Garden is adding a restaurant and will announce the operators Tuesday, Dec. 20. It’s a high-powered team: chef Payton Curry and Fabulous Food Fine Catering and Events.

Curry is known for his emphasis on local ingredients and sustainable farm-to-table philosophy. At the new restaurant, he hopes to have astonished diners exclaim, “You can grow that in the desert?”
