Bianco’s Second Dining Room Opens

On the hottest days, when it was 3:30 p.m. and the line outside Pizzeria Bianco already was snaking and sweaty, Chris Bianco could feel the collective angst of the crowd outside.

 

I could fee the pain, the anticipation, the ‘Are you kidding me? I’m not waiting three hours for pizza,’ “ he says. “It stressed me out as much as anyone.”
