Barrio Queen Named Best New Restaurant by ‘˜Esquire’

Esquire magazine has spoken again, offering up its annual list of 20 Best New Restaurants in America. And taking home the gold for 2012 is one of Scottsdale’s own, Barrio Queen, with its chef-owner Silvana Salcido Esparza.

The news hits the stands in the November issue, where readers can learn more about what Esquire food and travel correspondent John Mariani has to say about the modern Mexican eatery in Scottsdale’s SouthBridge.
