Ryan House Kicks off 2017 Community Breakfast
Ryan House community leaders gathered at Phoenix Country Club on Oct. 25 to kick off the 2017 Community Breakfast. Guests enjoyed complimentary drinks and food with testimonials from Ryan House parents, Jim and Karrie Pierson and Ryan House physician, Dr. Kevin Berger.
About 80 people mingled as they listened to the compelling testimony from the Pierson family and the importance of the work Ryan House is doing by Dr. Berger.
Event chair Julia Winter and co-chair Steffani Meyers spoke about the upcoming event on March 31 at the Arizona Biltmore and encouraged all guests to sign up as table captains or sponsors.
Ryan House is the only home-like facility of its kind in the Southwest and one of only two in the United States that serves children with life-limiting and end-of-life diagnoses and their families.
