HonorHealth Foundation Presents Night of Gold

HonorHealth Foundation presented its annual Night of Gold at the Arizona Biltmore on Oct. 28. Embracing the roaring ’20s theme, the 360 guests arrived in flapper dresses and pin-striped suits to enjoy drinks at the speakeasy bar and listen to swing music from The Instant Classics. The evening benefited HonorHealth Desert Mission.

Brandon Lee, 3TV anchor, emceed the program, which recognized the 90^th anniversary of Desert Mission, founded in 1927. Proceeds from the event, auction and fund-a-need benefit the programs and services of Desert Mission that help the most vulnerable in our community.

Tina Bhakta and Linda French co-chaired the event. Along with their husbands, they have been long-time Night of Gold and Desert Mission supporters.

Founded in 1927, Desert Mission has tools and resources to help vulnerable individuals and families address their health and social needs. Programs include the Food Bank, Lincoln Learning Center and Adult Day Healthcare, which are located on the HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center campus. Over the years, Night of Gold has raised more than $9 million to benefit the community.
