Bright Lights, Shining Stars

Midwestern University’s elegant outdoor evening, Bright Lights Shining Stars, drew 420 guests to the Glendale campus on Oct. 15. Following a cocktail hour that featured a silent auction, guests were treated to dinner catered by Fabulous Food, and entertainment by Uptown Big Band. Avant-Garde created the large floral and plant arrangements for the occasion.

The evening honored William D. Andrews, chair of the Midwestern University Board of Trustees, and Gerald Wissink, CEO of BHHS Legacy Foundation. In addition, Spirit of Service Scholarship student award winners were recognized.

The event raises more than $100,000 annually for student scholarships.
