Portal to the Past Festival, presented by Cultural Coalition in partnership with Pueblo Grande Museum, is a free event on Sunday, October 2 from 2 to 4 p.m. Attendees will enjoy tours, exhibits, craft activities, indigenous artist demonstrations and performances throughout the afternoon that highlight the connection of indigenous culture and history through water.
