Phoenix Children’s Goes 10 for 10 in ‘US News & World Report’ Rankings

US News & World Report just released its national rankings of Best Children’s Hospitals, and Phoenix Children Hospital is one of only 25 hospitals in the country to be ranked in all 10 of the specialties the news group evaluates.

These include:

• Neurology and Neurosurgery, represented by Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital
• Cancer Care, represented by the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders
• Cardiology and Heart Surgery, represented by Phoenix Children’s Heart Center
• Nephrology
• Urology
• Orthopedics, represented by the Herbert J. Louis Center for Pediatric Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
• Pulmonology
• Gastroenterology and GI Surgery
• Diabetes and Endocrinology
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Ranking in 10 out of 10 specialties is rare. Phoenix Children’s Hospital is Arizona’s only licensed, freestanding children’s hospital.
