Chef Eddie Matney Feeds the Animals
How do you go from wanting to be a veterinarian to becoming a chef? Ask Chef Eddie Matney when you see him. While the culinary guru did not find his calling working to treat animals, at least he still gets to help raise money for them at this year’s Rendez Zoo. Guests will enjoy an elegant seated dinner lakeside while Chef Matney works his magic and patrons delight in an evening of conservation and cuisine.
