More than 1,000 Attend 63rd Annual Fashion Show Luncheon
The Board of Visitors 63rd Annual Fashion Show Luncheon was Dec. 10 at the Arizona Biltmore. More than 1,000 proud parents, family, friends and BOV supporters turned out to cheer on the 2017 Flower Girls, grandchildren of BOV members and professional models as they strutted the runway in fashions from Dillard’s. Ann Watts, a third generation BOV member, chaired the event.
The day included a lively social hour, followed by the luncheon and fashion show. White House Design Studio created the table centerpieces of greenery, red roses, red berries and gold pinecones.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the community health-care needs of women, children and the elderly. In 2016, The Board of Visitors donated $800,000 to local charities including First Place AZ, Hacienda Healthcare and the Jewish Family and Children’s Services.
The 2017 Flower Girls will be presented at the 102nd Annual Charity Ball on April 8, 2017, at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn.
