Veterans Heritage Project’s Annual Community Reception and Book Signing

Celebrate a year of hard work from students at 18 Arizona schools who interviewed, recorded and wrote the personal histories of over 100 veterans for publication in Since You Asked.™ Doors open at 2 with scholarship awards, teacher of the year award; patriotic music; a short panel presentation from of Gulf War, Iraq and Afghanistan veterans from 3 to 4:30 and a book signing from 4:30 to 6, where you can purchase a book and meet veterans, including two 100-year-old WWII veterans, as they sign the pages of their stories.
