Dinner With Oppenheimer & Truman

The Sandra Day O’Connor Institute For American Democracy presents educational dinners showcasing historic figures that helped define and advance our nation and democracy.

This year, the annual history dinner honors J. Robert Oppenheimer and President Harry S. Truman. The featured guest speaker is Kai Bird, Pulitzer-prize winning author of American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer; and Dr. Kurt Graham, executive director of the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library. Dinner Co-Chairs are Ellen & Howard Katz and Margot & Dennis Knight.
