One Step Beyond Names New Director of Development and Communications

One Step Beyond, a West Valley nonprofit that empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities, has named Jeff Swanson its new director of development and communications.
Prior to this role, Swanson spent twelve years at the Arizona Diamondbacks working in finance, alumni relations, special events and corporate and community impact. He also has experience working with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.
In addition to his professional experience, Swanson has served on the board of directors for United Blood Services and has supported the Arrowhead Little League and the Bee Kind People Project.
He is a native of Phoenix and received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Grand Canyon University.
