Barrow Neurological Foundation Appoints New Board Members

Barrow Neurological Foundation has appointed eight new members to its Board of Trustees — Ron Butler, Dan Dillon, Jr., Harold Dorenbecher, Glenn Hamer, Malcom Jozoff, Mike Lovell, Shoshana Tancer, and Robert Uhl.
“I’m pleased to welcome these visionary leaders to our board,” said Michael Haenel, chairman of the board. “I am confident that their diverse backgrounds, profound professional experiences, and insightful perspectives will be a great addition to an already exceptional group. I look forward to working closely with them as we strive to take philanthropy at Barrow Neurological Foundation to new heights in support of the lifesaving care at Barrow Neurological Institute.”
Butler is a managing partner at Ernst & Young Arizona and boasts nearly 30 years of public accounting experience.
Dillon Jr. currently serves as the chief marketing officer for Arizona State University. He also designed, launched and now leads the Enterprise Marketing Hub, an internal marketing agency for the university and its brands.
Dorenbecher is the senior vice president and lead relationship manager in the Wealth Advisory Group of Northern Trust. He has over 40 years of experiencing in personal trust, fiduciary, and philanthropic administration and planning.
Hamer has served as the president and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry for over a decade.
Jozoff is a retired senior executive with more than 50 years of experience, most notably as chairman, president and CEO of The Dial Corporation.
Lovell is the CEO and founder of Team Select Home Care, the leading provider of Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled home care services in the Southwest.
Dr. Tancer is a lawyer at Tancer Law Firm. She is also a professor emeritus at Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management, where she previously served as Director of the NAFTA Center.
Uhl is the chairman and CEO of Realty Rewards, LLC, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
The Board of Trustees serve on a voluntary basis and govern the Barrow Neurological Foundation. Their initial appointment is for one year and they can be reappointed for up to three consecutive three-year terms.
