Arizona Women’s Partnership to Award Over $30K in Grants
The Arizona Women’s Partnership is now accepting applications for grants for nonprofits that assist underserved women and children at risk in the state of Arizona.
“We are proud to note that the Arizona Women’s Partnership, inc. has awarded over $380,000 in grants since 2003 to more than 55 grass roots nonprofits, many of which are multiple year recipients”, said Arizona Women’s Partnership president and founder Paula Cullison. “The Arizona Women’s Partnership plans to award over $30,000 in grants this cycle.”
Grant recipients will address critical issues in the community including domestic violence, child abuse, adult literacy, youth at risk, refugees, homelessness, health, hunger and more.
Funds for grants are generated through donations and fundraisers, such as a $25,000 donation from the Violet M. Johnson Family Foundation.
Grant applicants must be nonprofits with an operating budget of under $450,000, in good financial standing, non-sectarian, non-partisan, non-school affiliated and non-disease specific.
