Herberger Names New Board Members
The Herberger Theater Center has announced that its board of directors elected four new members: Alan Augenstein, Michael Mason, Devney Preuss and Jennifer Holsman Tetreault.
“Our newest board members bring additional expertise, insight, energy and community spirit to the Herberger Theater Center,” said Theresa Dwyer, Herberger Theater Center board chair. “This is an exciting time. We are fortunate to have them onboard as we expand the depth and breadth of offerings at the Herberger Theater for existing and new patrons of all ages, and continue to strengthen community partnerships and the Phoenix arts community.”
Augenstein is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in Arizona and Pennsylvania. He is the managing member of Alan R Augenstein CPA PLLC. Previously, Augenstein was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mason is an attorney, human resources executive and small business owner. He has worked for Pinnacle West and Arizona Public Service Company since 2012, first as senior legal counsel and currently as a director of human resources. Prior to joining APS, Michael was a partner with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
Preuss is the executive director at Phoenix Community Alliance and senior vice president at Downtown Phoenix Inc. Previously, she served as vice president, activation and special events at Arizona Organizing Committee, senior director at Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee and senior director for marketing partnerships activation at Phoenix Suns.
Jennifer Holsman Tetreault is region general counsel at US Foods, where she serves as counsel for the west region president, and represents the corporate legal department in the rendering of advice and delivery of other legal services to senior management. Previously, she served as division general counsel at Rural/Metro Corporation.
