Once an incurable and unfortunate diagnosis, heart disease—the leading cause of death—meant a tragic and hopeless end. Unknowing doctors sent their patients home to carry out your last wishes. Working to combat the disease is The American Heart Association. For the past 90 years, the organization has saved and improved lives through treatment, prevention, education and research.
Helping to make that difference to millions are Phoenix Heart Ball committee, chairs, donors and volunteers. Heart Ball Chair Jennifer Carmer says she is honored to be a part of the process of helping Phoenix Heart Ball. “With the help of our incredible donors, we continue to create a healthier community…and support important advocacy initiatives that impact Valley residents.” Sounds like we have the right person in the seat to help save our Valley’s hearts.
