Walt Danley Realty Launches Development Services Division
Walt Danley Realty has partnered with H Group Realty, a full-service boutique real estate company specializing in development services. The combination establishes a new division of Walt Danley Realty called Development Services.

The Development Services team includes industry veterans Tracy Hoskins, Bruce Hoskins, Carolyn Hewett and Brent Hewett. “Walt Danley Realty’s outstanding reputation in the luxury market, combined with our track record in multi-family and new home sales, provides a powerful partnership and fills a niche in a growing segment of the new home sales market,” says Tracy Hoskins, director of Development Services.
Phoenix metropolitan has experienced a resurgence of new developments, particularly in areas that have been dormant since the housing collapse nearly a decade ago. Real estate industry experts and analysts project another year of higher sales volume.
“Permit activity has continued at higher levels than recent years,” says Jim Belfiore, owner of Belfiore Real Estate Consulting. Belfiore reports that in the first two months of 2016, 29 percent more new home permits were issued than in the same two months one year ago and projects 19,000 permit issuances this year, followed by 23,000 in 2017 and 25,000 in 2018.
The Development Services team has been an integral part of the marketing and sales teams for notable developers like Starpointe Communities and Grace Communities. High profile developments which the partners represented include 44 Monroe, Artesia and Veritas at McCormick Ranch.
