Notable Moments: Pride and gratitude was in the air as three incredible women were honored this year at the ‘Women in Blue’ luncheon. The occasion was a first for new Phoenix police chief Michael Sullivan, who gave opening remarks. Once-in-a-lifetime auction prizes like a Phoenix PD helicopter ride-along and lunch with Chief Sullivan raised funds for the Police Foundation’s community programs.
