A Flair for Flowers

Designed by (L – R) White House Design Studio, Fox Restaurants and Michael Ferguson Interiors

The guest designer who speaks at the Independent Woman Luncheon is always

a draw, and this year, Alexa Hampton was no exception. In addition, the luncheon

tables help create much of the buzz in the air at this always delightful event.

The magnificent tablescapes are created by Valley designers and this year, followed the theme of Simple Elegance of Classic Composition. The centerpieces rested on soft blue, white and yellow paisley tablecloths donated by Kravet. Spring colors prevailed – with blue and white popular choices to complement the linens – and designs ranged from combinations of all white flowers and simple pink roses in a vase to elaborate creations built accented with home accessories. Both the tablecloths and the centerpieces were available for purchase after the luncheon.

The design committee was co-chaired by designers Matthew Boland, Amy Cohn and Michael Ferguson

Pictured are a sampling of the centerpieces.
