Imagine: A Black and White Affair
Almost There Foster Care celebrated its third annual Imagine: A Black and White Affair at the Wrigley Mansion. The Nov. 2 gala drew almost 400 people dressed in their best black-and-white cocktail attire, raising $103,000 for the organization’s Community Canine Project. The funds will directly help homeless dogs of Arizona.
Geri Hormel, Annie Barlow and Kim French co-chaired the evening, which included hors d’oeuvres; beer, wine and champagne; black-and-white portraits; live music and adorable puppies, plus a raffle, silent auction, wine pull and mystery gift station.
The nonprofit ATFC is dedicated to providing loving care and a comfortable space to homeless large-breed pregnant dogs and their pups who need time and space to grow and become socialized as they search to find their forever homes.
