56th Street Festival

 

First ever 56th Street Festival brings entertainment to Paradise Valley.

Scottsdale based and family-owned Cullum Homes Inc., along with the Town of Paradise ValleySanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa, El Chorro and others, invited the local community to celebrate at the first ever 56th Street Festival on September 26.

For one day only, 56th Street was transformed into a pedestrian pathway connecting Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa to El Chorro Restaurant (between McDonald and Lincoln Drives), showcasing the new Village at Mountain Shadows community and planned Mountain Shadows Resort. 

The Festival did start at El Chorro, where participants did enjoy complimentary sticky buns and refreshments. Paradise Valley Mayor Michael Collins, Vice Mayor Paul Dembow and other distinguished guests did lead he dedication ceremony at 8 a.m.

The journey continued along 56th Street with entertainment including steel drum performances, Arabian Horse Association of Arizona shows, McLaren Scottsdale car displays, food trucks and more.
