Phoenix Heart Ball Committee Mid-Year Meeting Aligns Driven Hearts

By Tyler Butler
The Driven Hearts campaign is off to a racing start to slam the brakes on heart disease and stroke. With the finish line in sight, the committee convened for their mid-year meeting, which included both social and work.
One hundred driven women from all walks of life have been hard at work to ensure that the 59th Annual Phoenix Heart Ball is one to remember. With Carolyn Jackson leading the pack as the 2018 chairman things are moving at lightning speed as this passionate group works to raise funds for the top killer of women in America.
Mid-year meeting co-chairs Camerone Parker McCulloch and Cionne McCarthy hosted attendees, followed by a message from Jackson and the introduction of past Heart Ball chairs. Committee leads shared valuable updates about each of their respective group’s progress.
The J&G Steak House at the Phoenician Resort hosted this elegant affair, which featured custom Driven Hearts cookies, white rose centerpieces and female-focused custom art that Carolyn has incorporated into this year’s event as a vital component of the branding surrounding the 2018 affair.
A spirited raffle wrapped up the event and included Gucci sunglasses provided by Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center and custom created Peach Carr clutches.
The dedicated executive committee for the 2018 Phoenix Heart Ball are follows: Carolyn Jackson, Chairman; Kristine Thompson, Chairman Elect; Ingrid Hass and Sylvia Shoen, Vice Chairmen; Beth McRae, Heart Ball Sweetheart; Nan and C.A. Howlett, 2018 Honorary Chairs.
