2 Trails Lead Hikers to New Sights

Now that October is in full swing, more hikers are beginning to take advantage of the many trails the Northeast Valley has to offer.

 

But this year, the outdoor enthusiast has even more options to discover, with two new trails now open on Scottsdale’s 21,400-acre McDowell Sonoran Preserve.

 

The Tom’s thumb Trailhead and the Marcus Landslide Trail debuted this fall, opening a new region of the preserve to hiking, biking and exploration.
