Valley organizations are unveiling their season announcements – here’s your sneak peek!
ASU Gammage
ASU Gammage‘s 2024-25 season promises a wide variety of stories of magic, romance, comedy and more! Popular Broadway favorites include Funny Girl, Wicked and Some Like it Hot, while a few screen-to-stage productions will hit the ASU Gammage theater, like Mrs. Doubtfire and Life of Pi.
Arizona Opera
The season will feature classic productions filled with star-crossed lovers and forbidden romance; the Arizona Opera premiere of a new adventure opera perfect for all ages; a new Beyond Downtown program to bring opera to broader Arizona audiences; and an expanded recital series featuring one of opera’s brightest stars, all to be presented in both the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas.

Arizona Broadway Theatre
Join Arizona Broadway Theatre to kick off its sensational 20th season of live performances in the West Valley. The season opens in October and includes seven shows ranging from classics like Hello, Dolly! and family favorites like Beauty and the Beast to award-winning musicals like Million Dollar Quartet. The season also includes the regional premiere of Tootsie.
Arizona Theatre Company
Arizona Theatre Company‘s 2024/2025 season brings five mainstage shows, including a world premiere, a zany comedy, a new take on a classic thriller, a Tony- and Olivier-nominated musical, and a holiday spectacular. Don’t miss Dial M for Murder, Scrooge!, Blues in the Night, Bob & Jean: A Love Story and Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson – Apt 2B.
Arizona Musicfest
Arizona Musicfest, a leading arts and cultural destination in the Valley, will present its largest concert season ever in 2024-2025, filled with the distinguished artists, celebrity entertainers and thrilling performances audiences have come to expect from Musicfest. Musicfest’s 2024-2025 headlining season artists include one of music’s most vibrant and iconic performers Lyle Lovett; Broadway legend Mandy Patinkin; and global music sensation The Piano Guys.
Ballet Arizona
Ballet Arizona, the Valley’s only professional ballet company, is proud to announce its 39th season. From Ballet Arizona’s beloved holiday production of The Nutcracker to the U.S. premiere of Frida and the beloved ballet tale Swan Lake, its 2024-2025 season promises to excite and inspire audiences with a blend of classical and contemporary ballets.
The Bridge Initiative
The Bridge Initiative’s new season titled “Many Beautiful Things” brings full productions, play and musical readings, musical cabarets, and more to stages in Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, and Avondale. Acting Artistic Director Amie Bjorklund says, “This season we are reaching a bit farther, taking some slightly bigger steps. It’s growth the community deserves.”
Chandler Center for the Arts
Chandler Center for the Arts unveils its lineup for the 2024-2025 season, marking its 35th anniversary with a mix of returning favorites and new performances. The season highlights include notable shows such as STOMP, Gregory Porter,Syncopated Ladies, and The Wizard of Oz. Innovative acts featured will include Piano Battle: Andreas vs Paul, Shakespeare in Jazz, and Cirque Mechanics: Pedal Punk. Additional attractions include performances by Boney James, Brian McKnight during the holiday season, and an international assembly of guitarists at International Guitar Night.
Fountain Hills Theater
Fountain Hills Theater’s 2024-25 season will include shows for the whole family to enjoy. The season starts off with Brighton Beach Memoirs, the first in Neil Simon’s autobiographical trilogy, which will conclude with later shows Biloxi Blues and Broadway Bound. Other familiar tales set to hit the stage are The Little Mermaid, Elf Jr. and more!
Mesa Arts Center
In celebration of its 20th anniversary season, Mesa Arts Center has prepared an exceptional lineup, featuring talents like Idina Menzel and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, along with a new Broadway Series and returning favorites like National Geographic Live. Additionally, the Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum will impress with exhibitions such as Materializing Mormonism and the 46th Annual Contemporary Crafts, marking this milestone year with diverse and provocative displays.
Musical Instrument Museum
MIM‘s Summer Concert Series highlights include performances by Robby Krieger, the founding guitarist of the Doors; Grammy-winning jazz vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant; long-running big band jazz group the Count Basie Orchestra performing with special guest Nnenna Freelon; and Grammy-winning bluegrass fiddler Michael Cleveland with his band, Flamekeeper.
The Phoenix Symphony
The Phoenix Symphony’s 78th season brings classical masterpieces, world-class guest artists, and new concert experiences to the Valley from Symphony Hall, Orpheum Theatre and Madison Center for the Performing Arts to Arizona Financial Theatre and the Musical Instrument Museum. With old classics like Rhapsody In Blue: A 100th Anniversary Celebration, to familiar favorites like Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in Concert, there is something for the whole family this season.

The Phoenix Theatre Company‘s 105th season promises stories from the heart to celebrate the human spirit. Tap your toes to the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons in Jersey Boys, get your laughs in from Waitress or Forbidden Broadway, and put your historian hat on for the one-man show, Churchill.
TheaterWorks
TheaterWorks 2024-25 Mainstage Series at the Gyder Theater features a range of productions starting with two iconic musicals: Grease and Cats. The season continues with the holiday classic A Christmas Carol and moves into the new year with Oliver! and the imaginative The Old Man and the Old Moon. In addition, the YouthWorks Series will present Disney’s My Son Pinocchio Jr., retelling the story from Geppetto’s perspective, and Moana Jr., bringing the adventures of Moana and her village to life with beloved songs and a captivating storyline.
