pARTy Fashion

     The 2015 version of pARTy,

     the gala extravaganza to

     support Phoenix Art

     Museum, featured a

     ’60s vibe inspired by

     the “Andy Warhol:

     Portraits” exhibition.

Colorful art, posters and flowers were

          everywhere, and juxtaposed against

this colorful backdrop were the mostly

black-and-white fashions featured on the runway in an Akris show presented by Neiman Marcus.

The fashions were from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection, recognized for its monochromatic and modern look,

which plays out in minimalistic designs. There were a few neutrals and pops of color – an occasional purple as well as red

was shown – but black and white ruled the runway.
