EVENING UNDER THE

STARS

 

Evening of Goodwill, the gala to benefit Goodwill of Central Arizona, has as its theme Denim and Diamonds. Almost 600 guests turned out for the 14th annual western-themed evening under the stars Oct. 11 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

The event included a gourmet barbecue dinner prepared by the Princess team, a silent auction and raffle.

                                                                                                                                          enjoy the music of the Singing Cowboy and his horse.

The highlight of the event was the presentation of honors to the Participants of the Year Maria Bautista and Salwa Ahmed, Volunteer of the Year Penny Wells, Employment Partner of the Year Charles Schwab and Business Partner of the Year Withey Morris. In all, the gala raised $470,000 to support Goodwill’s mission services of putting people to work.
